Card leveling (updated)

What are the fastest ways to level up a card?

1. Feed duped SS
2. Alter the card level in GamePlayer
3. Use a card in Super Saiyan mode as feeder

Added: While feeding a card in Super Saiyan mode, the card's level is taken into consideration when calculating for the GP cost. I've downgraded to using level 200-240, which should be about just 1-2K GP

    i use just level 200, consumes about 1005 GP i think. it's enough to level a 5-star from 1 to 60
